Yvette Gibbs is a seasoned business consultant and professional coach with over 20 years of corporate experience, specializing in Client Experience, product development, technology, and research teams. Her career journey is a powerful narrative of strategic relationships and innovation, where she has consistently been at the forefront of driving meaningful change and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
Yvette’s professional story began at a Swedish software company, where she witnessed the birth of Bluetooth technology. Working closely with the pioneers of this revolutionary advancement, she saw firsthand how strategic partnerships could transcend borders and bring groundbreaking ideas to life. This experience ingrained in her the belief that the impossible becomes possible when diverse minds collaborate towards a common goal.
At Caliper, Yvette’s talents as a mediator and innovator truly flourished. For 15 years, she was known as the “English-to-English” translator, adept at bridging communication gaps between software developers and clients. Her ability to align teams with client goals led to the creation of innovative solutions that pushed the boundaries of what was achievable. Yvette’s role as a client advocate honed her skills in fostering team dynamics that mirrored the collaborative spirit she values so deeply.
Her time at Talogy allowed her to merge her passions for technology and psychology, leading integration teams that focused on fostering deeper understanding and cooperation. Yvette envisions a world where Global Societal Integration—a concept she champions—becomes a reality, ensuring that diverse teams can work together to create a positive societal impact.

Jim Olson
Board Member, Sales & Marketing (Technology)Jim Olson is the Sr VP, Sales and Marketing at Attochron – an optical broadband wireless equipment manufacturer that uses free-space optics for the transmission of high speed, low latency data. He is based in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
Olson has spent his career in senior-level sales, product management and IT positions at Attochron, Caliper/Talogy, Iron Mountain Data Centers, Terabeam and AT&T. Olson holds a BA degree in Journalism/Advertising from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Olson is a key member of the tennis community in the Philadelphia area. He is the captain of the Middle States Senior Men’s Intersectional Team, and he achieved the 2018 year-end #1 ranking in Philadelphia in 55-and-over doubles. He is married with three children—triplet boys.
